This Burger King in Richmond ky has always been fresh hot fries and a full box . The sweet young lady in the drive through was so kind and always is . She deserves a raise . Didn’t get her name but she was there around 2 today . Burger King make sure to do whatever you have to do to keep her .

I'm really very disappointed in this place. Yesterday I went to pick up a door dash and they made fun of me for not knowing the language enough and they don't know how much we Latinos try to speak the language and I was very sorry for how it was. They made fun of me, laughing and how they treated me and I start to think about how they would feel if the situation were the other way around but when you have God in your heart we only bless people like that.

This Burger King goes the extra mile for its customers. I am blessed with a large family and sometimes it is difficult to gather everyone together for a dine in experience. Thus, take out cuisine is often our preferred method of dinner. That being said several months ago I had the pleasure of a young woman Chiara P. serving us. Chiara and her wonderfully competent team not only gave us ample fresh food she also provided us a large paper bag to keep the contents hot. Service like this, especially in the restaurant industry, stands out above the rest. Consequently this is my preferred Burger King for take out. Highly recommend!

Not much to say about this place. Food took a while to get to me and the staff was less than polite. Wasn't terrible but it used to run a bit smoother.
We made a pit stop here after realizing chic fil a was freaking closed ?. But I’m glad they were because this was just as good, if not better! Our food was extremely fast, fresh and delicious! The workers were kind and thorough. We also ordered a strawberry milkshake and it was absolutely delicious!

It was a typical burger King but for some reason the whopper upset my stomach... Maybe too much condiments. they were running out of flavorings in the soda machine. I couldn't figure out why my cup wouldn't fill all the way until I went back for a refill and the raspberry flavor was out.
