First of all the food was absolutely delicious! We took the food home instead of eating at the restaurant if that makes a difference to anyone reading this but the service from the time we pulled up until we left was very friendly and quick! Every single item in our order was also correct which is a plus for me when going through a non traditional drive thru!Kid-friendliness: The person taking our order acknowledged our 4 year old son in the back seat and allowed him to order himself which is a big deal for a 4 year old!

Went through the drive thru a little after 9pm . Was asked to “pull forward” and wait. Food finally came out cold . Not lukewarm but cold . Had ordered a scoop of the flavor of the day . Wasn’t brought out so the employee had to go back in and get it.Some of the worst food I’ve had in a while . Culver’s is usually good but not tonight.
