DON'T GO INSIDE! Good ice cream, horrible process. We visited April 19th and went in because my SO wanted to request a special topping on a sundae. There were 3 people working, obviously putting a priority on the cars streaming by the window. At one point there were NINE people standing waiting for their orders: we waited 20 minutes for a Blizzard and sundae. The woman manager seemed competent but frantic and finally a 4th person got off lunch break(?). Neither of us got exactly what we ordered but we didn't want another wait.

Great service best DQ in Richmond!!????❣️ Staff is also very friendly ?❣️ Nevada is also a five star employee, extra friendly and very nice ?Parking: There are plenty of places to park & plenty of handicap spots!Kid-friendliness: Great place to take kids, they have kids meals there that are very reasonable!Also great family environment for dining!Very clean restrooms also ??Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entry on right side. Also wheelchair accessible parking near the front door

We were there late but still received amazing service and the food was fresh and probably the best I've gotten from a dq in this town. It's alot better than the other location and has a regular fountain machine instead of a coke freestyle. They do how ever only have half of dq signs as decorations and looked like a private party room!

This has been the WORST Dairy Queen I have been to. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt because it’s the closest to me. They get our order wrong so much. Today for instance I got a biscuit bowl add bacon. This item comes with, in order: eggs, cheese, meat, gravy. It was ALL BISCUIT! No eggs, barely cheese, very little meat and gravy! Not to mention the wait times, sheesh!

We went through the drive-through for a couple of medium-sized Blizzards. The lady verified our order, and we drove forward and paid. After a certain amount of time, someone else returned to the window asking if we were waiting on some cheeseburgers. "No, 2 medium Blizzards," she returns with 2 small blizzards, wrong flavor. We told her what we ordered. " Oh, you want medium? Yes, that is what we paid for." Then, about 10 minutes later, the first lady came out with 2 medium Blizzards, still the wrong flavor.We then decided, "Geesh! Enough time wasted. Let's just take what they gave us and go."

Got the 4 pcs chick strip. They were so small and cooked so long there was nothing left.The gravy was not even warm.I went to restroom to wash my hands and almost walked out without eating.The smell of urine was so strong. One of the nastiest restroom I have ever been in.

Dairy Queen is one of our favorite places, primarily for their blizzards. This restaurant had well-kept grounds and an updated interior. Service was fast and efficient. However, the women's bathroom was dirty. Paper on the floor, dirty toilet and soap scum on the sides of the sink.
