It seems here lately that when I order something from this Dairy Queen that my order is always wrong and there isn't a phone number to call. I live out in the country and when I get home my order is wrong.

Lady who took my order was pleasant. But for crying out loud..All I ordered was a mini Oreo flurry! it is an item that has been on their menu for as long as I can remember! Yet after everyone failed to make the mini Oreo flurry and I had to ask someone to do their job, they made me a flurry with no Oreo in it! The man who made it stood in front of me and played with the ice cream in the cup!!!Seriously! Not only do you make this item all the time, and it has it been around since before any of you were even working at dairy queen, but how can you look at a cup of white ice cream and not recognize that there is no Oreo in it! How can you look at it and think to yourself that this looks exactly the way it's supposed to look! It was simply white ice cream!!!! It's ridiculous that this is the best humans can do...

Compared to last visit, , all down hill.. Gravy was way to thin. Texas toast wasn't even toasted and was like a limp soggy rag. Employees didn't smile nor greet us. Just a all around bad service.
It's just way too expensive for the quality of food that they serve and they wasn't very nice to the new lady, she was having a hard time and they were getting very frustrated with her.

12-5-23...the guy cooking breakfast needs to learn how to make a breakfast burrito...only had half of a sausage patty and no hashbrowns in any of the ones I ordered. Service is horrible. I sat at the pickup window for over 10 minutes. This location needs better service and better trained employees.
This place has gone down hill over the years. I’ve gone to this Dairy Queen a few times this month and every time I’ve been there they’ve always gotten my order wrong, it doesn’t matter if I go though the drive Thur or order inside. Something is always wrong. If your looking for a place to eat avoid this Dairy Queen.

Can always count on this DQ to mess up my order. I’ve been here to get a blizzard 3 different times and each time it’s been wrong, the people look filthy and act like they couldn’t care less. I won’t be back.
