The custards was melting when they gave them to us. We had to wait several mins to place the order even though they wasn't busy. The person making the order rang the burger up in correctly so that meant a trip inside the store to get it corrected and a longer wait time. The staff is not that friendly either.

Freddy's is something Richmond needed. While it's not diverse, it's "made to order." We are so saturated with fast food places that are staffed with subpar workers and managers that it's been difficult to even find a decent place to eat without feeling like we threw our money down a sink drain. Freddy's was amazing. Great service, super nice cashier who helped tremendously, food was cooked to perfection, sweet tea was perfect, and we even went back tonight for sundaes after having lunch today. ? The restaurant was so clean, it was a nice change of pace from all the others around here. Can't wait to go back!Parking: Parking was fine

First time here. Burger and onion rings were perfect. Service was great but what really made the experience memorable was the manager Renee. She was courteous and attentive to everyone. And to make sure we had a great first experience, she gave my wife & I a chocolate carmel sundae on the house. We"ll definitely be going back. Thanks Renee!

We just stopped in for lunch today just expecting a regular hambuger. I've never eaten at a Freddy's before. The bugers we ordered were better than we were expecting. It was excellent !!! The staff was very friendly and helpful, They even checked on us at the table. The restaurant was very clean and well organized. We live in Irvine so Freddy's is on our favorite list if we are in Richmond and feel like a burger. Thank you Freddy's !!!

I spent 100 dollars on 6 meals today and all I got was our ice cream drinks and fries when we got home no burgers. I tried to call 4 times to at least get my money back and they won't answer and they don't accept messages. Update Freddie's made it right today. Thank you.
