Waited over 45 minutes for our order and the guy manning the register was rude to customers who were tired of waiting. Numerous customers had been waiting an extended amount of time.
I have plenty of issues with the pizza. Can't really complain with how cheap it is.But when pizza is ordered through the app, I expect the pizza to be fresh.I literally ordered, and boyfriend left immediately to pick it up. I live like two blocks away. He watched the pizza being put in the box, and somehow the pizza was STALE.

Ordered on the app so that I could run into the store and get my pizza from the portal. When I arrived the store had a note on the door that everyone had to use the drive thru due to short staffing. Took around 10 minutes to get my order.

Y’all please be nice to food service workers, we went tonight and due to staffing they were busy and stayed busy. Even with the huge line of customers every single employee was friendly and on their A game trying to efficiently get orders out.
I love being able to order the Pretzel Pizza in the app and on Doordash. The cheese sauce is what makes it so good!
