Good place to accommodate our group of seven. Good Italian food including soup, salad, and breadsticks. Spaghetti with meat sauce was what you would expect at an Italian restaurant.
I was thinking about everything that happened during my feast at The Olive Garden and I must say there hasn't been an impression left on me in over 3 decades like I had from this great meal. If you're looking for a great meal in a short amount of time, MAKE YOUR WAY TO THIS OLIVE GARDEN LOCATION! I guarantee on this day of leaving a review, you'll not leave dissatisfied. Kudos to The Olive Garden in Richmond KY.
Me and my wife dined in her for our anniversary. Host looked like she didn't want to Even be there had to Wait for over 30 minutes to be seated Even tho they were not busy. The server took another 30 minutes to let us order something to drink and an appetizer, another 20 to receive our drinks. Only 1 round of the "Endless" salad and bread sticks. Another hour the food we received wasn't what we ordered. Another 30 minutes to receive dried out microwaved tasting food still no appetizer received. I contacted their guest relations about this. I received a phone call apologizing and please tell us how we could do better, but no offer to make it right. Spent almost $90 for the worst service and quality of food ever to get a I'm sorry. This place used to be held to a higher standard but they are just as bad as the fast food places in town now.

The waiter did a good job, no complaints. We waited a long time for our food but they comped a dessert without us asking, which helped. The first round of breadsticks seemed to lack the butter and garlic but second round was good, no issues with the salad. My chicken and shrimp carbonara was good but my wife's scallops were not good. We could smell them as the plate was brought to us. Had this been my first visit, I would have a hard time ever returning. Fortunately, we don't typically have issues with this restaurant though they seem slammed with possible staffing issues like most restaurants these days.
