Went in around noon today to get me some nachos. The person making my food I believe her name was Emily was incredibly rude to me and the other young gentleman helping me with my food, who’s name I did not catch. I got nachos and asked for extra queso, which the young man gave me. Once she saw that he gave me another scoop she started yelling at him telling him not to do that!!! Wow!! I wish I had gotten his name so he could get the credit for helping me because he was wonderful. I will not be back in to order food anytime soon with customer service like that.

Look, if you want legit Mexican food, you should go elsewhere. However, if you want a fast food TexMex / Americanized version of Mexican cuisine, then this place you can't go wrong. They make your tacos or burritos based in what you want in it, and you also get a lot for your money. So it's a win/win.

When i went in today there were probably 20-30 mobile orders, while still a full line. The three wonderful women working named Janie, Renee and Nev not only worked extremely fast but were so kind. A wonderful staff here!

Right off I should have turned and left when employee is cleaning around food with a filthy rag !! Placing my order went well until the quaso was poured on my quesadilla ! I said it was watery and they said would thicken as cooled down got the quaso and chips also so when I got home to eat my quesadilla was falling apart due to quaso being watery so I tried the dip and it tasted of pure grease left a waxy filling on your teeth and mouth! I wouldn’t have even left a review if the manager had tried to make me feel stupid about my complaint !! After all the years I have kept coming back this will be my last time through those doors !!
The lack of proper management is showing. This location used to be the best. Understanding it was 6:30 on a Friday but even with 6 workers they couldn’t keep the line straight. The two people infront of me and also when I ordered had to wait for someone to go to the back to get an ingredient. And we were interrupted to prepare a to go order. If it wasn’t rice it was a salsa or the Queso. And most of the ones available were very low stock and looked like it had been there too long to serve to a customer. The line looked like it hadn’t been wiped down all day. Be aware if you go it will be hit or miss if you wait due to lack of preparation for a dinner rush or awesome quick service.

I am greeted every time I enter the store, within seconds. If my to-go order is not ready immediately, then my wait is less than 2-3 mins and always hot.
