Very friendly people. The meal was fantastic. Of course I got the lobster tail.Vegetarian options: They had the best tasting Brussel sprouts I've ever eaten. They were delicious.Wheelchair accessibility: My husband was in a wheelchair and he had no problem going in.

Hoping that Jacob Lewis, general manager, reads this and takes action. Walked in to a mostly empty restaurant and the hostess was not there to receive/greet us. Since we waited for a while, we walked in further to look for her and noticed she was on her cellphone texting. We asked if there was a hostess and she just said “that’s me”. No apologizing or greeting us at all. Then she said that there were no clean tables available. Really? The parking lot was not full at all and there was no waiting. How is it that there were no clean tables? There was a foul smell like musty/humid as if the carpet was not cleaned properly for a long time. We went ahead and left. Never coming back.

My waitress was Great, but our food was the worst food I've had in a long time especially from a Red lobster ?.I drove 2 hours and 45 min to get the crappiest of food that costed us 2 arms and leg!! The lobster tail was chewy and like rubber, shrimp scampi was rubbery as well, and the maple glazed chicken tasted rubber like but yet the very middle was card board dry all of our food tasted like it was reheated from the day before or it was freezer burnt as if nothing was fresh. Our Cheddar bays were cold hard and dry even when I asked for a fresh batch they seemed slightly warmed in a microwave overly dry and done

Always wonderful! Great service and food! Richmond KY is I think the best Red Lobster we've been to! I recommend to everyone! Our waitress Katherine was attentive. Just a really nice outing! We did the Lobster Fest!

I go here several times with my parents for a family dinner night. My mom usually gets the all you can eat shrimp with the coconut and grilled. My dad usually gets the Admirals feast which has cod, shrimp, scallops and fried clams strips. This time I tried the new Lobster and Shrimp Stack, I wasn't much on lobster but I wanted to see if fried would taste different. My favorite was our appetizer or starter the Dragon calamari ? soooo good ?Our server Rob was beyond awesome and so patient when my parents paid with several gift cards he checked each and every one to make sure they worked and then some. He also made sure we were pleased with our meals and was quick with refills. Plus he was very friendly and outgoing.

The wait! Good grief. Been here two hours, still not even rolls yet. Go somewhere else; we wanted to walk across the street to Freddy's. It was bad.

I went to the restaurant for my birthday. I was, however, a little disappointed because, the sole reason I went to my all-time favorite restaurant was, there were no lobsters left. The waitress told me they ran out from the crowd of Valentine's Day. I still loved the food, as always, that didn't, AND, never will change. God's Blessings to everyone! ?:)

I’ve never been to this Red Lobster location before but I was pleasantly surprised by the food and the service! Herb is an amazing server, he went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a good time, great food and excellent service, come to this location and ask for Herb. You won’t be disappointed!
