This location is always great. Nice staff, the food is always what I order and every time I go it's fast! Gunnar is one employee that stands out in my mind, he's super nice and always on point.

Paid for an extra patty on the single garlic burger, 2.50-3 upcharge, and didn't receive it. Tried to call the store numerous times, it would do half a ring and say their voice-mail isn't working. Resorted to online support. Rather than remaking my sandwich the correct way that I paid for (had a picture of the burger AND my receipt), their best offer was an In App (which I do not use, this was my first, and now last, visit in years) free cheeseburger WITH additional purchase. So I have to buy something else in order to get what I paid for? When I told them that didn't work, and asked to just refund the amount I overpaid, they terminated the online support with a 'thank you'. So I guess sonic could care less if you get what you paid for. Havnt hear anything for days so figured I'd share my experience. The poor girl at the DT window was also very overwhelmed, she was only one I saw running around trying to get stuff out. I've worked in food for over 15 years, I'm still shook they didn't offer to correctly remake my sandwich, that's typically the FIRST thing you offer. So unless you're positive they will get your order right, it's best to steer clear.

Sometimes when I go there it's not bad but other times some of the employees are so rude and disrespectful, I use to work there and they were the same way then. They say there food is fresh but it's not . Hamburger is but the hot dogs tots chili etc is not . The chili sits there all I know other stuff but I don't want knock sonic down at times it's not that bad like I said. I will let u be ur own judge on the experience. I just hope it isn't bad and ur food is truly fresh. And also ur not sitting in the drive through forever as the employees are just talking away , I timed it one day it literally took them 4 mins to give me just my change BK .!! This was just last night.

Came there on Friday evening September 1st 2023. An employee named Rob came outside to get our order. He was so rude. He had the nerve to tell us if we didn't like the menu then to go home and cook it ourselves! My mother and two sons was in the vehicle. We could not believe how rude this grown man was to us. Sinuc we come here atleast 5 times a week. We always order at least $40.00 worth because I have a pretty big family. Im not sure who the manager was but they did not care to help us. This man also told us not to come back or he was going to call the police and have us escorted out? Because we wanted to speak to a manager so we could get our issue resolved. This happened @ the Richmond Ky store. We normally have a girl on skates that is always fast and friendly. We didn't see her or we would have told her our order. Not sure of her name.
