Advice for people who are new to working customer service/ any job: if you bargain with your co-worker to change tasks so you don't have to make drink, decide quickly. Also, try to whisper when you have this very prolonged conversation.
They’re always super nice and amazing. Ignore the negative reviews from the impatient crybabies. The lines are moderately short to long because this place is amazing. They can’t help being amazing and attracting lots of people because they’re that. darn. good. The wait is always worth it because they never fail to deliver.
