After standing and waiting on Tammy to finish her smoke break (did not wash her hands after doing so) neither did she greet me as a customer. Anyway, I’m finally able to place my order which she was very snobby about, after placing my order and scanning the app to use my rewards, she tells me “oh our system is not accepting rewards right now” This should have been mentioned before taking an order! She should be working in the back of Kroger with that nasty attitude! She should not be working with customers! Makes Starbucks look bad!!! I’ll stick with Dunkin!

Every time i go here & the blonde headed women OR the dark long haired women with green dyed ends are working, they fail to greet me, poor customer service EVERY TIME. I have called and complained, nothing happens. I used to come here about twice a week, now they’re never open. It is truly baffling that the manager has been able to continue working as long as she has. must have some agreement with upper management. I have never in my 61 years seen such a hateful and dishonest manager get away with as much as she does. Bad experience after bad experience here. They go through baristas like hot cakes! There is only one good barista there, Stephen, bless his heart!!! Kroger: if your turnover rate is as high as it is in one singular department- the problem isn’t the employees. It’s your manager.

Visited three times this week and they're never open. When they are open TAMMY fails to greet anybody. Service is always terrible if she's working. I have no idea why she still works there. She once reprimanded her employee is front of me and it was extremely uncomfortable for both the employee and me.

It's Starbucks, long lines horrible wait for Sugar water Coffee. My kids like it so we go from time to time. I usually don't get anything. Walking around with a Starbucks cup has never been that important for my social status.

The employees are very kind and knowledgeable, they can tell you everything you need to know about any of the drinks. The little seating area is always clean although it isn't very big. They are fast and usually open to a small chat.

I always order a strawberry lemonade refresher, it's either hit or miss if it tastes right. I almost never get enough strawberries, or they're out. The other day I had ONE strawberry in my Trenta, I was highly annoyed. The parking is horrible, you have to park another parking lot and walk over or you have to wait for the drive thru to clear up

I LOVE getting a refresher. But this morning, these two girls behind the counter were charging me extra for a same price substitution, so when I see them making it with water, I say I wanted lemonade like I said prior, then they try to charge me extra AGAIN for lemonade in it when it's listed on the menu as part of the original price. So my bf starts asking them why and they get rude and snarky and say that they've been the manager for eight years and that she knows how it's done. So I ask for my money back because I've NEVER been charged extra for either, yet I was getting charged AT LEAST $2 extra for a substitution and something that it normally comes with. So then the employees start LAUGHING at us, telling us we were rude, and encourage other customers to belittle us. She said I've been the manager 8 years, and no one has been trained differently. I said that apparently SOMEONE had, at least 3 or 4 other people, because I had never been charged extra for it ever and had been there numerous times, and have even waited on someone to get off their shift so I could tip them for how well made it was.

I wasn't there yesterday nor was I anywhere near a Starbucks. I don't give my money to people that hate me besides, the coffee that I make at home is the best. If I were to have a coffee out it would be Purdys or Native Bagel.
