Young guy working g the drive thru was rude as hell for no reason. Just cutting us off as we ordered. Then told us it was $.40 per packet of the new salsa, we were like Jesus that's crazy but whatever. I ordered 2 items off the cantina menu so those were supposed to come with 2 free avocado salsa packets. We pay for 5 extra packets at $.40 each and then get home and there is not a single packet of avocado salsa in the bag. They literally stole from us. Ridiculous.

The worst taco bell around. They can never get the order right. ALWAYS leaving something out. Instead of putting things in the right containers to ensure they got the orders correct, they throw it all in one big bag with everything spilling out and the order incomplete. What's the point of spending money at your location if you cant even give people what they paid for. You would think I'd learn my lesson because it happens EVERY TIME. And the fact that you all are so comfortable doing it because you are CONSISTENTLY doing it, says a lot about your store.

The food was ok. The girl working behind the counter had much to learn on mannerisms. Young kids were at the counter, talking to the girl with the dragon tattoo. Definitely won't be returning again. Her comment on my entering the restaurant was, "If you're ordering, place your order on the kiosk in a billy goat gruff voice. Oh, what it means to be young and stupid.

Don’t even bother eating dine in, go through the drive thru. It’s like one person is trained to run the register, you’ll stand there for 10 minutes waiting to order and everyone will just act like you’re not there. Beyond terrible service for subpar food.

We stopped for a quick bite during our trip on I75. Overall I had a good experience.With a well maintained dining area, clean rest rooms, and excellent customer service this Taco Bell goes well beyond many fast food restaurants on the interstate. It had typical Taco Bell food. I am not a fan of Taco Bell food, but this restaurant is a good choice for a quick stop during travel.

After ordering, almost $40 in food (and by the way, it wasn’t very much food) we sat in the drive-through with only one other vehicle for about 15 minutes before finally giving up and just leaving. So much for FAST food.

One of the worst T Bells we've been to. Every table was dirty. The bathroom smelled like horse stables, the food was slapped together with no care, large amounts of food on the floor, and weird people hanging around the parking lot that didn't make us feel safe. Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs.

I walked into the lobby to order food bc the drivers window of my vehicle had stopped working and it would've made ordering thru the drive thru difficult.I got nothing but looks from the staff as I waited at the counter and then some woman yelled out at me "do you need something?" When I expressed that I was there to order food she said "lobby is closed, go thru the drive thru" She must've had a rough night, bless her heart.I proceeded to go order in the drive thru and I sat for over 10 minutes without moving. Evidently we can run our mouths inside the building but we can't make a taco. Unfortunate.Maybe lock your doors and show your hours. It's not hard. Do better.
