I think the girl who took my order was new and got me the wrong thing- I ordered vegetable pad Thai with extra tofu, there was plenty of tofu and it was good but there wasn’t a single vegetable in it at all!!!

Ordered Bangkok Combo.Customer service was good taking orders and order came out fast, maybe too fast. Protein and veg tasted fresh, however the taste was overly sweet and was drowned in watery, sweet, unthickened sauce. Rice was bland and unseasoned and also tastes like it was rice thrown in water to heat up but still a bit crunchy. Medium spice was basically no spice. Dish was uninspiring overall. When I complained there seemed to be no concern from waiter. Restaurant was cluttered and cheaply decorated. Price was very expensive for quality of food. Not impressed. This is not a good representation of Thai food at all. You can do better Thai Smile. This is more like Thai Frown.

Absolutely the worst Thai food we have ever had. Yhai food DOES NOT use sugar in the food. It was loaded with sugar. I couldn't even taste Curry. It was so bad we got containers to take the food home for our 3 dogs. Only 1 dog ate it because she will eat anything. If you want sugary Chinese food, go here. No difference!

A small little place in a non-descript strip mall, it was surprisingly good. All the typical Thai dishes. Chicken Pad Thai was good. The Red curry with chicken was very good. They also have a vegetarian pad Thai. But all of the sauces were a bit sweet. Only seating for about 20 people. Staff was friendly. It's a group of teenagers who just ignore you. You have to go to counter to ask for menus, seat yourself, go to counterto place order, go to counter to ask for refills.... the different combos of food have very very little veggies (mostly just dense noodles is all)... the flavors were good; but everything else was a joke.... it's really really gone downhill

Our table spent $60 and we got charged for water. It's ridiculous. We aren't coming back until they go back to free water like they used to. It's water. It's a tiny faction of a penny to run the tap for a whole gallon of water. They dropped off our food and didn't say a word. There's zero service once you pay. Never come to check on the food or offer a to go box. This place has changed for the worst. It used to be awesome when the older lady ran it.

I am clearly a creature of habit, a year to the day, I walked into Thai Smile and had Pad Kee Mow 2 at the level of spicy! Amazing perfectly cooked noodles, great thin sliced chicken, well cooked veggies. You now order at the counter and they will bring your food to you, to go or eat in. I ate in today and it was great. I seated myself at a small table and my food was out in minutes. If you need anything you can check at the counter and they will get you what you need. I will be back! I need some Basil Chicken.

I really should try other items on the menu but for now I’m stuck on the Garlic Chicken with Broccoli and the Thai Tea. I highly recommend both. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Great customer service and restaurant is clean.

Best Thai food I've ever had! I've tried a few places in Lexington and they just don't compare. The pineapple curry with shrimp is my go-to. Their Thai tea is also to die for! I find excuses to come to Richmond more often just to get their delicious food!
