I wasn’t super impressed because the cobbler just didn’t have enough fruit. But I’d eat here again in a pinch if I was really wanting some cobbler and didn’t have time to make it. Flavor wasn’t bad, just way too bready.

I hate reviewing things but I don't want someone to make the same mistake i did. When we walked in it took at least 5-10mins to even be acknowledged and it was so silent I wondered if they were closedI had really high hopes, I went home and I got the salted caramel brownie and BOY did they put salt! I came home and bit into it and nothing but salt! I thought I may have been mistaken but I bit into it again and a mouthful of salt! It was so nasty! Was not worth almost 20$

Be nice if they were open on time

Mediocre at best. From the pictures I've seen online I thought I hit the cobbler jackpot. Would not recommended due to quality.

Hours say 12pm- 10pm. It is 12:20pm and the doors are locked, no lights on and no answer when I call. No sign posted with changed hours and the website still allowing for ordering and delivery which would be catastrophic if someone paid for an order and then it never arrived due to the store being closed without explanation. Sorry, Peach Cobbler Factory. This was my first visit and since I can't get any service, I'm unimpressed.

Wanted a sweet snack so I went to the Peach Cobbler and I decided to try the salted caramel brownie. I was pleasantly surprised. The sweety and salty taste was really good!! May have to try it again!

Fast service and plenty of seating. You get alot of food for the money you pay, and it is extremely delicious. The cashier is very helpful and willing to explain anything yoj need to know.Parking: Shares parking with the other stores in the strip mall.

We drove far to try this. Was initially excited to know someone was selling peach cobbler nearby (1 hr away) but was extremely disappointed. Too pricy and wasn’t that good at all. The price for the cobbler should’ve already included the ice cream. But with $8 cobbler you have to add a $2.50 to get ice cream. Was sadly disappointing. :(

First I’d like you to pull $20 out of your purse or wallet and light it on fire. Now watch it burn….. are you aggravated yet? Great! I just saved you the gas and the time it would have taken to visit this place and still managed to give you the same aggravating experience.I will start by saying when we walked in the place was dead silent with an employee laying down on the table playing on his phone. We did not get a hi, welcome in, how are you, or even a word from this young man. Better yet he looked at us and went back to playing on his phone. At this point we weren’t even sure he worked there. The second employee saw us from the back of the store, walked towards us from the back and….. wait for it….. didn’t say a word to us. Instead she moved behind the wall so we couldn’t see her. Now bring on the third girl who walked from the back of the store wearing her pajamas. She walked to the girl hiding behind the wall to ask if we had been taken care of and finally took our order with the utmost dissatisfied tone of voice and facial expression. We paid our $17 and sat down at a table a couple tables down from the young man playing on his phone. At this point when he realized we were staying he got up “still not saying a word” and went through the swinging door into the back.We were brought our food by the young woman that took our order and left alone. We were the only people in the restaurant at this time and from that point until we left we did not see the first employee, hear the first noise in the building, no music, no follow up, or sign of life at all. The atmosphere was unwelcoming to say the least and just depressing to be blunt. Now on to the food. Keep in mind, we are foodies and it is extremely rare that I complain about food ever. I do not care to pay top dollar for good food. So when I say this just know it’s from the heart……. “WORST COBBLER EVER!!” The peach was absolutely disgusting, and blackberry wasn’t great but was at least edible. You can get better cobbler literally anywhere else. I attached a picture of what we didn’t eat and so everyone can see what you can expect to receive for $17.In conclusion….. just go somewhere super cheap and get a desert. Chances are the service and food will be better then this place. But at least you won’t feel like you got bent over a barrel by overpaying when the food isn’t great.

I really like the food that they offer but I can’t help but feel like their menu needs to be restructured. The price of the cobblers and puddings is fine for the size of the cup they sell, but the problem is that this is the only size they sell and its $8 (besides the kids size). The reason why it’s hard to finish a whole cup is because of the size and then its also very rich and sugary. My husband and I have tried sharing one cup but then we have to agree on a flavor which leaves us dissatisfied. If we get two cups, neither of us finish them and its $16. For an occasional sweet treat, that is just too much for us. I enjoy the flavors, I think the desserts are genuinely good! Just wish the sizes were executed a bit better!

Best cobbler in town. Absolutely love it.

The price was kinda high for what it was. I order a PBJ pudding and found a piece of plastic at the bottom of the cup of pudding.

Got the blackberry cobbler, Nutella pudding, a cookie and 3 milks for 28$ and I was highly disappointed with the outcome. The cobbler was not good at all and the milk expired same day and tasted bad. Definitely not worth the money.
