I have been in a lot of Waffle Houses and I would have to say this one in Richmond KY on Eastern Bypass was the worst one I have ever been in. It was not busy when we arrived. Took 18 minutes to get a plan waffle. Wife got her food and was almost finished before I got my waffle. It only takes 3 minutes to make a waffle.

Stood for 10 mins due to all tables and bar were dirty. Was acknowledged by "sit wherever you want" um excuse me ma'am there is nowhere to sit as you failed to do housekeeping with a staff of 6!

Great food and great service.It's quick and id recommend the steak and bacon sandwich with cheese.It will melt in your mouth.Great smiling people very respectful.I loved our last visit.
Man it was great food quick service and the server even bowed his head and said amen as my father finished asking the blessing.Real good folks down there at the Richmond KY Waffle House.I never got your name young man but much love and respect to you.Real hardworking people there.I appreciate it.My parents and I loved the service and the meal.Oh yeah the chef prepared everything to perfection.
The store stays pretty clean, the food is always fresh, but not always correct. The staff is always real nice at night, but when the morning shift people come in their mad at the world and don't want to be there. They'll get mad when someone else comes through the door to order. And they seem to talk about their personal life real loud shouting across the store from waitress to cook. I've had this happend probably 5-6 different times during morning shift. Aside from its an ok place to eat. Just be sure to order it to go

Tonight at 7:45 ish I stopped to grab some dinner at this establishment. My favorite is always the patty melt on regular bread ( I hate Texas toast to much bread) hash browns scattered, double covered and a slice of pecan pie. The waitress ask me did I want the grilled onions and I said oh yes exactly as the sandwich comes just use the regular bread not the Texas toast. We discussed this three times. So I get my food in minutes. I figure it is due to no customers and leave. I get home tell me why my sandwich is like a hamburger on toast? My pie looks like it is a half slice of a half slice of pie? The patty is so overcooked it is dry as if it were cooked twice? Just curious about why these establishments lets this happen over and over. I eat Waffle House constantly. The last three trips to different ones in different states has been horrible.

So the waitress Dj and the Rockstar cook was so hospitable, and made us feel welcome, the food was to Die for. I've been all over and when we talking comfort food, the buck stops here !!!!

Traveling and stopped in to pick up breakfast for my daughter. The absolute worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to. No greeting upon entering and all of the waitresses looked at me like they wondered why I was there. The vibe was very unwelcoming and unfriendly. Waited 10 minutes just to have my order taken. Was told by unknown waitress who was not wearing a name tag (short sassy middle aged blonde) to “step down here to the register sister!” Excuse me? Why would anyone address me in that manner. She demanded I pay for my To-Go order before making it because “it’s Waffle House policy” I asked since when because while traveling I have never been told to pay prior to receiving my food. “I’ve been here 16 years and it’s always been that way”.As a former Waffle House employee who was a waitress and grill operator I know that to be a lie.The type of prejudice people in this establishment are the reason I hate visiting Waffle Houses now. Waffle House might as well put up a Whites Only sign in these areas.
