The food is nothing like it use to be.. there's no " love " in food anymore & the service is even worse then they stand at ur car for a couple of seconds , then if u ordered from the app & dont tip, like if u just dont have it to tip, u better not ask for anything else, cause after the funky look they give u from not being able to tip, ur in for horrible service & now they kno their not getting a tip, well...... This sonic is always pretty fast. Never have to wait long at all. Only complaint I have is some of the speakers needing to be replaced or something because they hardly hear your order you have to repeat it about 4 or 5 times. But the employees are always nice and they are quick

If you had to deal with my grandparents at around 4:40-4:58 today asking for the manager on a “15 min wait” even though it wasn’t, I am deeply sorry. The food was amazing, the service was outstanding, you guys did absolutely nothing wrong. Idk why my grandpa acts that way but i am still very sorry.
