1021 Park's Place restaurant

We have ordered from here several times and have always been satisfied, the last order was not satisfactory but they did make up for it 100x over!!! As a small business owner Myself I completely understand it doesn't always go right, its when it goes wrong and you completely turn it back around is what truly makes the difference. I was blown away by how thoughtful and kind they were to correct the problem. This is what good ol customer service is about. Thanks guys for your generosity.

Went here for lunch yesterday while exploring Shellbyville. This place is a GEM. Do not judge the place from the outside or inside. Food is OUTSTANDING. I ordered the catfish with seasoned fries, while my friend ordered seasoned wedges and coleslaw. Both fish sandwich were EXCELLENT, just the right amount of breading and the coleslaw was mayonnaise based with a hint of vinegar. I have ate here several times and GREAT is a understatement! This food is amazing and very affordable. My wife and I eat dinner here for under $25 99% of the time. I called in for a delivery order one afternoon at 7:30 (and they close at 8pm) and got no answer. 5 minutes later I got a call back FROM PARK PLACE! Took my order and had it to my house right after! Talk about service!
