I have been here twice since I started my new job here, in Shelbyville, Ky. both times I came during the lunch hour and I was amazed at how fast yet accurate they processedIt was obvious this was a HomeTown favourite and many of the dine-in customers seem to know each other as friends from the community and it was a very warm and friendly environment.The store was clean and the food was prepared as expected. I highly recommend this location!
We go to this location because the food is always great. But one manager doesn't seem to care about Veteran discounts. The female manager, I think her name's Amanda. She is AWESOME. She's the only reason we went back.

Meh. It's your standard Arby's. I personally love Arby's, and the people at this one are fine and keep the line moving relatively quickly. The downside-- I always have the same small two complaints when I go to this location:1. They always write the abbreviation for the type of sandwich I ordered on the outside of the wrapper with a giant red sharpie.
