We quit going to this location due to terrible service or at least lack of service, well over a year ago. At that time, we voiced our complaint to a manager whose response was "well what do you want me to do about it" ?....unbelievable really! We decided to give them another try recently. The first take out was fine. This 2nd one had old black celery in it. Absolutely disgusting! This just proves to me, that they aren't properly rotating their coolers! I called and was told "thanks for letting us know". Not I'm sorry!

The prices Decent, the food was OK for the price you paid. I ordered a new chicken sandwitch it was ok the topping on it was just in the middel so when you tasted it it was very good . Other wise it was like the chicken in the red bag at aldis .

Service is always slow, regardless of where you sit or how busy or slow they are.None of the bartenders pour Guinness properly. As a Guinness drinker, I am happy to wait for a perfect beer.
Service is slow and not even busy. Serval of the sauces are not good. The smoked wings have a weird after taste like they don’t know how to smoke. Way over priced for the poor food quality.

Been there twice. Once after it just opened, the chicken was dry and barely warm. Then about a year later, the chicken was overcooked and dry again. This won't happen to us again because we won't be back. I can't recommend it at all.

Excellent food and a fun night out with live music. The service was very slow and did not seem to have a lot of tables so it did take away from what was otherwise an awesome evening.

This is not the First time that it took 30 minutes, I'm not kidding. 8:30 on a Saturday night to finally get my food and it had a little bit of a funky taste but l was starving. Buffalo chicken salad. Woke up in the middle of the night sick to my stomach good lord. It happened once before. It will never happen to me again. Sad too. I'm a half mile away.

I go to the Wings and Rings in Bardstown often. Always excellent service and additudes. I came in to the Shelbyville store to grab a quick lunch and to go order. My server never smiled or seem friendly at all. I placed my dine in order and I ask for a sauce to be put on the side so that my fries would not get soggy. Once I received my dine in food the sauce was on the fries. I pointed that out and with a smile said ...I wantd to be able to take them home that's why I ask for the sauce on the side. I went to start eating...I'm starving..and she took the fires back to the kitchen. I ate a few wings drank my beverage. Once my to go order was ready and my dine in fries they came out together. ?. I ask do I need to pay for these. She said yeah.. I said well they should have came out correctly with my order or you could have left the others so I could have eaten them with my meal. She just kind of snark.. I know it's only fries ... but come on. Where is the customer service in the world. I've been a waitress, I know how things are and the customers can be. But I honestly think I came in with a great attitude a smile on my face and received NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.I've defended cashiers over hateful customers. This person does not need to be in her job, with the additude she has!!!
