Had 2 people waiting to order when I walked in. They took their orders, then said it would be a minute so prepare an order for someone that had been waiting before I came in. To clarify not an issue at this point. Then prepared the 2 people that had ordered before me. Started taking my order after waiting about 6 minutes still not an issue. Another customer walks in started an order via the app my order has already "has started" he got his food before me at the point he had waited maybe 3 minute my time is now at over 10 minutes now there is an issue with that. But the real issue is quality control the meat that was on my burger was cold it had likely came off the grill before I was even in the store, this is how people get food poisoning.

Literally 3 cars in the parking lot and it takes over 15 minutes to take 3 other cars to go order thru drive thru. Didnt even make it through the line. Fast food is supposed to be just that FAST. May need to reevaluate literal competence skills before you hire someone.

Very disappointed with our visit, my wife went to go pick up food with one of our 15 dollar gift cards and the lady wouldn’t take it and said no money was on it, then my wife went and showed her online that there was and the lady got very smart and disrespectful to her, on top of that I had gotten a large meal and they gave me a small, I will never go to this burgerking again. I wish I could get my money back for my food since I didn’t get what I paid for and we where extremely disrespected, it goes to show what kind of place this is if they hire and keep workers like this.

I have always loved the whopper !!Parking: No problem !!Kid-friendliness: There were some kids in there, and they put a free cardboard king's crown on every table for the kids to take and wear. Very friendly towards kids !!!Wheelchair accessibility: Doors and restrooms easily accessible for wheelchairs .

I ordered chicken fries, onion rings and a kids meal for my child. Our food came out quick and hot!! There was a wait for my chicken fries and onion rings to be fresh but they let me know ahead of time! Service is great!!

The other day I got a double whopper with cheese and bacon and an order of fries. I also got my daughter a kids meal. Our food was hot and delicious! The service was fast. We were in and out of the drive thru very quickly.

I arrived in the morning at 9:00, I wanted to eat inside, the rude girl said that there were two of them and slammed the window!!! Opening hours from 7 am! Do you work like a cafe or close this trash bin!
