The lady that took our order at the drive thru was wonderful. She was patient and answered our questions. The point of picking up the 3 blizzards and one small dessert took a while. They waited until all four were made to hand out. Which could be their way but two of the blizzards couldn’t be turned or it would have fallen to the floor. The taste of the 4 items was great. A little slow at the pick up point but the service overall to the quality of the food was excellent.

I think that DQ should hold their managers accountable for the bad customer service and the place being filthy. The staff is less then happy to have the customer there that pay the wage and provide a job.

Tim was not wanting to be there. Just standing there not asking how may I help you. Then ordered a snicker thick icream and gave to me half full. I asked him to fill it up it was close to 7 dollars. Did not ask was for here or to go. No lid no spoon. Get back to hotel seems like no snicker just icream. Want be back again.
