It was dirty and we stood there for 5 minutes finally the cashier saw us she was standing talking on. Her phone she finally hung up and waited on us .everyone was on there phone .there was only one woman actually working and wasn't on her phone. Instead of being on their phone they should have been cleaning the dining room was nasty .I would not go back there they where awful .

Usually get great service but today it was horrible. The chicken is old and I had to stand and wait for 5 min to ask for 2 packs of honey Noone cared I was there. Idk her name but she stinks. No receipt so I could see her name . I wemt inside.

So I was disappointed in this location like so many other and I am a huge KFC fan I love their food but not really at this location. The strips were somewhat burnt and dry. My biscuit was very hard and dry. The fries were the only up to quality thing. They didn't even fill my soda all the way up. I should have looked at the rating I thought KFC quality was across the board. Every other KFC has impressed me besides this one. Also they didn't serve hot wings or sauced wings at this location :/
