This is our home Kroger, and I love it. You may have some trouble here finding someone to help you, since it seems they are a little understaffed. We love this Kroger because they have the shopping carts with the holders for car seats, and the store is always cleaner than the ones in Louisville. A guy (his name was Anthony, long beard, with a piercing) was so so helpful to me the other day while I was trying to pick out cheeses for a specific event. He seemed very knowledgeable and was willing to come over and help me figure out what I needed without me even having to flag someone down. I have never gotten expired or rotten food here like I have at the Walmart in town, and with the exception of food recalls, my in-season produce is always in stock and easy to find.

we got banned for touching blank paper and gave us 0 warnings and just kicked us out and told us we can't come back

This use to be my favorite Kroger! But not a fan of the store manager. I miss the days when Lisa Harrod or Jeremy Wheatley were store managers at this location. It's just not the same environment!

Shame on you Kroger. I am so disgusted after my last visit. My sick daughter and I are waiting at the little clinic and we had to use the restroom. She's still in pull-ups so we have to do the changing table sometimes. We walked over to the bathroom and waited on the gentleman cleaning it to get out. When he was done, we walked in and it was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!!! There was feces all on the seat and down the side, no toilet paper or paper towels, mirror and sink were filthy, and I had to clean the diaper table before I even let her go near it. The worst part is, he just got done "cleaning"!!!! So sad. On top of it, the family restroom said "out of order", so I said "what's wrong with it", His response....."just didn't want to clean it". WHAT?!?!?! This store is quickly going downhill.

Incompetent employees. Multiple times I have placed a pickup order only to not receive part of my order. No option to refund unless you drive back to the store and go in person to the customer service desk. Defeats the purpose of pickup. No apology or effort to make right. System is almost always "down" and employees usually confused or apathetic. Meat department employees perpetually annoyed. Employees inside the store are few and far between. There is one sweet lady who works the register who is always kind, helpful, and efficient.

Manager is rude as hell and literally will not accept any complaints he just talks over you the entire time. Pretty much accusing me of lying. I swear I will not end until I get my money back

Ordered ClickList pick-up to be picked up between 10-11 am. Notified them on Kroger app that I would be there around 10:40/10:45. Pulled into parking spot at 10:45. Clicked “I’m Here.” in app. Finally received my groceries at 12:48 pm. TWO HOURS! I am completely empathetic to the employee shortage a lot of businesses are facing. However, the management at this store needs to do a better job of communicating with customers if their orders are going to be delayed that much. They may even need to take less pick-up orders or not offer it at this location until their employment situation can improve. When I got home I also realized that they fulfilled 5 of my items incorrectly. I checked my receipt to see if it was marked as “substituted.” It was not, it was just fulfilled wrong. I will not be returning to this location. I will drive to Middletown in the future.

I am so disgusted in the Shelbyville Kroger. It seems like every week I have an issue with my clicklist pick up. My latest issue is my bananas being thrown in a bag of granola bars, pasta sauce, ziploc bags. No they weren’t on top, they were in the middle! They are not even edible they are so bruised. Also, avocados we’re on the very bottom of this bag. This was the bag when I opened my truck!

95 percent of the staff who work at Kroger are so hateful and rude. I tried to ask for help and got sent to 4 different areas before I gave up and the hot food to purchase you can never get anyone to serve you and I have asked Ella on 2 different visits and she always says that's not her job just always mean and the older lady with short hair is worse then her. Kroger definitely needs new staff.

I went to Kroger today I needed alot and shopped around for about an hour. Got to check out and had some money left on my EBT card and was gonna use debit for the balance. Lady couldn’t get that to work so I said just forget it I will use my debit card. Well it didn’t work either, tried several times she kept saying it was my card. So after a very few choice words to her I walked out leaving a whole cart of groceries sitting that I hope everything cold (meat, eggs, butter, ch

Is normally a good store but I went in to get a few things this afternoon and many of the shelves were bare AGAIN. It looked like it did when the pandemic started. No meat, No bread, no Cheese, No juices, No vegetables, Really Guys !!

As a disabled customer, got cussed out by cart kids at the entrance and the manager refused to hear my complaint and was offended by me approaching him, This place is pitiful no excuses... Covid sure has changed things! Take your dollars elsewhere. Don't play the game..

On average I wait up to an hour for my groceries at clicklist. Today after waiting for an hour, multiple people cut in line at click list and Kroger advised it was not their responsibility to ‘direct traffic.’ Continuing to serve them before everyone that had been waiting patiently.
