I love this taco place it’s always so good and at a good price. The only issue I came on to this time was the young man helping me didn’t get my order correct, and I think it was because of the AirPods in his ears.

I got 1 lengua, 1 pastor, and 1 carnitas. Wonderful flavor. My only complaint is that the meat was a little dry. To be fair, I went mid-afternoon after the rush, so I can see how some of the meat may have had a chance to dry out. I look forward to going for a rush sometime.

There are more refined and well-appointed Latin restaurants in town, but La Poblanita gives them all a run for their money when it comes to value and authenticity. Their tacos rival any others you might find and the prices compete with costs you'd incur making them yourself at home. Try the wet burrito. If you've brought your appetite, you won't be disappointed.

It was my first time eating here and for the price it was delicious! I went in the evening hours and purchased tacos with shredded pork and a taco with chicken. I ordered the Supreme and was quite impressed! My three taco Supremes plus a fountain drink was around thirteen dollars. Best tacos I have had especially for the price. If you like a simple meal that's $10 to $20 or even less depending on what you get I would highly recommend! It's simply great tasting food at a reasonable price!!

Great authentic Mexican food. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area. Not a super fancy place, but food is out of this world. Salsa bar with several bomb salsas to suit ever taste. You order at the counter and serve yourself at the salsa bar. It was a bit if a wait for the food but food was well worth the wait. Cooked fresh to order. Can't wait to go back!

If you find yourself wandering the streets of this small Kentucky town, a hidden culinary gem awaits you at La Poblanita Taqueria. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, this unassuming taqueria is a treasure trove of authentic Mexican flavors that will leave you craving more. The burritos (I got the ground beef w/ queso!) at La Poblanita Taqueria are nothing short of magnificent; they have elevated this humble dish to a level of perfection. Each bite bursts with a symphony of flavors that dance on your taste buds, making it hard to believe that something so simple could be so extraordinary. The ingredients are fresh and lovingly prepared, and you can taste the care and passion in every bite. But what truly sets this taqueria apart is their daring and impressive beef tongue tacos. Skeptics be warned: these delectable treats are a culinary experience like no other. The beef tongue is cooked to perfection, tender and succulent, and seasoned with just the right balance of spices. Even those who may be hesitant to try such a dish will be pleasantly surprised by the rich, savory goodness it offers.La Poblanita Taqueria may not boast the colorful decorations or fancy ambiance that you'd find in more mainstream Mexican restaurants, but it captivates with its authenticity. From the warm and friendly staff to the traditional recipes, the restaurant exudes a genuine Mexican charm that takes you on a flavorful journey to the heart of Mexico. This taqueria might be small, but it packs a mighty punch when it comes to delivering genuine, mouthwatering Mexican cuisine. If you're in the mood for an adventure for your taste buds and appreciate the real essence of Mexican flavors, La Poblanita Taqueria is an absolute must-visit. Be prepared to have your perception of burritos and tacos elevated to new heights.Parking: A little hard to find/notice.

The tacos look awesome. Fairly diverse options to wrap your proteins but I went with tacos. I got the asada, chorizo, and carnitas. The asada were just slightly drier than they should have been but some of the hot chile sauce helped tremendously. The chorizo was greasy as one expects when eating chorizo but it quickly soaked the tortilla and fell apart on me. Carnitas we’re very flavorful.Overall pretty good tacos. The space was ok, bathrooms left something to be desired. Service was great though!
