Ordered 50 bucks worth of pizza and everything received was doughy and undercooked. Tried to contact them just to inform them of the issue without looking for replacement or reimbursement, I was approached with belittling behavior by the MOD or someone posing as the MOD— so I ended the call stating that I could tell they weren’t approaching this seriously.

I used to work here a while ago, but I don't anymore, mainly cause none of the employees follow Healthcodes. They don't wash their hands after handling raw meats, jalapeños, and anchovies. Nor do they wash their workstation correctly, and they use their bare hands to grab toppings from the containers instead of using portion cups. See? Unsanitary. On top of that, if you want to work here, please don't. They'll work you until you pass out, which is what almost happened to me. I was standing, hardly able to breathe, and about to black out when the manager forced me to continue working. And on top of that, I was promised to receive a bonus of $20 for when I went to orientation, yet after I quit, I have never received my $20. They said their whole reasoning why was because "corporate made it so that we can't give overtime anymore, it was put in effect a few days after you went to orientation."Summary: Don't eat here, stores not sanitary. Don't work here, they will make promises they can't keep.-LeanBean

I only worked there 3 days I had prior experience from 16 years ago the assistant manager said I was taking too long on routes my Google Maps went down he went outside and literally pulled the sign off my car made me cash out and told me bye his name is Mitch I like the guy I like the general manager I'm totally disarrayed over that embarrassing situation there are professional ways to iron out things like that I still don't know what I really did I love Papa John's thoughVegetarian options: Great pizza

One star because unfortunately, I have to give something in order to leave a review. Every time I order from here, my order is either not right or they forget to put my extras that I paid for in the box. They mess up on my order so much that I would literally have to call every single time I order. I didn't call the last two times because I shouldn't have too and quite frankly, I'm tired of calling when it doesn't make a difference anyways because they still can't get it together. So, fast forward to this time. I called right after I placed my order and spoke to a lady, I let her know that I wanted garlic sauce for each pizza and I didn't pay for it this time because I had paid the last two times and never received my sauce. She reassured me that she would make sure that that garlic sauce was put in my boxes. Well, she didn't so I called up there. The manager by the name of Mitchell Booth did not seem to care that I was receiving bad customer service and they weren't doing their job. Instead, he told me that they had already gave me a credit which was able to complete lie, so now, not only will the manager not take accountability for their mistakes, but then try to lie to me and tell me that they had gave me credit. He didn't wanna listen to anything that I had to say and he kept trying to over talk me because he was defensive. He also kept hanging up on me, and when I would call back, he would hang up on me again until he just kept putting me on hold and answering it and put me back on hold. I will be calling corporate. Mitchell has the worst customer service skills and I'm trying to figure out how Papa John's picked him to be the face for their name at the Shelbyville Kentucky location. No wonder this location has two stars and unfortunately my family loves Papa John's and this is the only Papa John's that we have here so if we want to eat Papa John's, we either go to Louisville or we eat at this janky location

Everyone is always so Pleasant and Kind. They stay extremely busy and still find a way to provide great customer service.Parking: I hardly ever get to park on their side of the lot due to staying extremely busy.

I had order the new papa bowls and they were awesome but other then my order getting messed up at first accidentally got a cheese stick instead of the Meats bowl, But I called and told the manager, an immediately got it fixed and they were all very helpful in the store when I went to pick it up. I don't know there names but thank you and everything was hot and fresh

Prices are too high. They put sugar in the dough and sauces. Seriously, properly prepared sauce does not need sugar, nor does the dough. Now, what on earth is that supposed Garlic butter sauce? I remember the original Papa John's when it opened in Louisville. The garlic butter sauce was butter with a hint of garlic. The current stuff is a congealed goo that does not melt.
