We couldn't even get food. They said they were open but they locked the lobby door and wouldn't allow customers in. We decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. Just bad business.

Guy at the window was rude, seemed to be a manager. Waited literally a whole 8 minutes in the drive thru when it should only take 3 MAX. Out of beans, didn’t even cook my quesadilla, not steamed, not grilled. Potato’s tasted old. The only good thing in my order was the cinnamon twist, go to the tbell on Boone station, never had a bad experience there

This is the slowest Taco bell I have ever been to. Even with no one in the drive thru, it still takes more than 15 minutes to get a Quesadilla.
