The Stromboli sandwich is really bad. Like really bad. The meat in it was gross. Staff was nice, and everything else was okay, but that sandwich was very bad.

Ordered take out. Got it fast and it was nice and hot still when I had my first slice. First slice I felt was really good. The second made me feel ill mostly because it’s so heavy and greasy. The taste was very satisfying but the heaviness was too much. I tried the chicken parm pasta. The garlic bread was pretty awesome and the amount of cheese it came with was heavenly. The chicken itself wasn’t very good, wasn’t bad. I have had better. I think I would have liked just the penne with the sauce and cheese better. Cheese sticks were pretty good.

Bearno's pizza is one of my favorite local pizza chains. The pizza ? is always hot and delicious and the service is great. Sometimes they're really busy so just be patient, it's worth it.Our favorite is the Mama Lite and those cheese sticks are the best.

Website needs maintenance the website says they close at 10 pm, we were rudely informed It was incorrect and close at 9:00. Holes in parking lot almost sunk my SUV!Parking: Horrible condition you could swam in deep potholes.

The best pizza in Shepherdsville. Always hot and fresh and the people that work here are amazing! I love the Mama Lite without green olives (too salty for me). Over the years there have been different workers but the service and delicious food never disappoint. I haven't had bad food here ever. Today I tried the wings for the first time, the taste was good, but the texture was not my favorite. They felt microwaved. Again, they tasted good but I want wings to have a little snap...or crispiness to them.
This is a good pizza place. My waitress was great, the food was just right, and the beer was cold. What more could I want?

Had a bad expirence with picking up an order where I was just waiting at the window for like 10 min while the employee was just walking around inside. I eventually just came in the store and all of the employees were in the back, I waited another 10 min just standing there before a girl came up and was like oh sorry are you picking up? Maybe try to call the store if you arrive and no one is to be seen. Food was pretty good though.
My wife and I decided to dine in instead of delivery this time.Across the board, I would rate about a 3.5My wife's salad wasn't what they had been in the past, our Waitress seemed to be a little uptight or stressed, (not smiling or talking to her customers)but she held it all together. " we never know what another person is dealing with. But again, I have to say she did do her job. They were not very busy with the dine in customers for a Saturday night, but the pickup and delivery were busy.Vegetarian options: Honestly I didn't check out the menu, since we order from there quite often, so we pretty much know what we are already going to order.Parking: The parking lot is extremely dark, hardly no lighting.Wheelchair accessibility: No ramp for access really needed, has the sidewalk at flat grade

If I could give a lower star I would. Pizza was terrible unlike the other Bearnos. The manager I think named Stephanie Clark was about as rude as they come. I will never go here again!!!!!!!
