Worst experience at a Chester's I've every had. They staff argues with customers over sauce packets. Only one per customer. Order 3 four peice chicken strips and only get one packet. I'll just go to the subway next door next time.

Went There Yesterday...Been Wanted Gizzards for About a Week...Ordered Them Fresh...Got Back to The Truck, Opened The Box...They were Dark for Starters, & Didn't Look Right...Then, As I Started Eating Them, I Realized They Weren't Properly Coated, Nor Were They Seasoned...HAD NO TASTE....Highly Disappointed, & Will Not Order Again Until They Tighten Up

Upset they got rid of the fried corn on the cobb and the fried okra. That was made me order Chester's. I never really cared for their chicken. Bring back the corn sand fried okra I'll eat here again, otherwise I have no desire for Chester's at all.

Chicken tenders have gotten significantly smaller. Their chicken use to be really good. They've changed their breading or grease, taste is very bland, at best!

I was helped by Tonya at Chester’s and she waited to serve me when there were very fresh chicken tenders to come out, I appreciate that, she was kind and even walked around the counter to set my food down in front of me!!!! It was an extra mile she didn’t have to go but went because she enjoys her job. Frances at the fuel desk was happy to help assist the busy store.

Parking: I would suggest not going in to get any chicken!!! They DO NOT SALE jalapeños and when you the combo it does not come with drink?! All these Mexican thereare in Kentucky they don't sale jalapeños!¡!!!!!

The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside. I love their mashed. Potato and gravy but some may find the gravy too salty
The lady working was out talking in the dining area while a line of people waiting to order. She then after finally done conversing proceeded to after touching her phone and face go handle peoples food without washing her hands. I left without ordering.

It's a shame server dont know the difference between a leg,thigh,breast,,,I ordered and paid extra for a breast and a leg,, she gave me two thighs,,, with a large drink and two sides, 14 bucks,, I got ripped off,
