Would give 0 stars if I could. Pretty sure the person taking our order lied about the ice cream machine being down because we heard the person before us order multiple shakes then she said she could give us icecream. But when we proceeded to try to add more ice cream to our order, she then decides to inform us that their "machine was down".

Ordered online to avoid the line the lobby was locked on arrival. Luckily a employee was locked out with me so I squeezed my way in and the Chinese night manager told me 4 times they are not accepting orders, me and the guy who was locked out both said 4 times I had already ordered. The manager was the only problem the employees were nice and took care of me. Maybe mention the lobby is closed.

Tried to go through the drive through, ( no one in the parking lot, one car behind me in the drive through. ) was told they are only doing online or delivery orders. When asked why was told because there was 2 employees there. I worked at a McDonald’s for 3 years, from fry station to management, and worked many times with only one other person there with me through rushs. And talked to my coworkers which have had similar experiences.
