When the two guys are working including the one who looks like Jason memoa. The food is always good. If these two guys aren't working I leave. They are hard workers and very personable. Food is always made well. The restaurant is clean when they are there as well. Best penn station in the area.

It was my first time at a Penn Station, and I doubt I return. Upon entering the woman who took our order wasn't very pleasant. I felt like I was a waste of her time. The cost of two subs and two fries with one drink was $37 and change. I could have gotten a steak for that. And the sub wasn't anything special for that price. The fries were blah. The atmosphere wasn't kind on the eyes, so we left to eat our food elsewhere. I really think if they're going to continue to charge those kind of prices, they need to change some things to make it worth the money.

The sandwiches are on the small side but they taste very good. The service in the restaurant is fine, but where they fail is online ordering. There's no app and the eas and relative the experience is behind the times. I've been unable to redeem coypins because you have to print them out for example. And as I mentioned there's no dedicated app. I give the sandwiches and service good ratings but they could be heartier and they really need to focus on online ordering.

Food not worth the price. This place has gone downhill. Service was average at best. No ambiance - I was only customer in store.
Daniel cooked our subs. The food was fantastic. Six of us showed up for lunch. All approved of this 5 star rating. I got the cheesesteak. I asked Daniel to make it the way he likes it. He did. It was fantastic!

Went here last night and got 2 Chicken Parm sandwiches. Mine was fine but my daughter found a 2 inch piece of bone in her's. I am so thankful that she REALLY chews her food or that would have been a trip to the ER. I did let them know and they remade the sandwich but she just couldn't eat it. After that they were making sure they were cutting it up really good. All I can say is beware.
Nothing special about Penn Station.. the last time we ate their the bill was more expensive than a much better and near by restaurant like Little Daniel's Mexican, Cattlemen's or Clucker's. Seriously, if you're thinking about Penn Station.. go to Clucker's... you'll be happier.

Ordered online tonight and my just picked it up on way home. When I opened up my sandwich they left the spreader knife in it. So glad I looked before biting it.

I just ordered a sandwich and fries to go. The man who took my order had to come down to end of counter to take my money. He took my money but did not take his gloves off. I watched him go back to grill and finish my sub without changing gloves. So he made grilled my sandwich, took my money, made my fries, and dressed my sandwich all in the same gloves. Do you know how dirty money is? I asked for a new sandwich and he got upset. I told him I tried to tell him before he took my meat off the grill to change gloves. He was talking to someone in the back storage area.
This is one great sammitch shop. I got the Philly and man was it tasty. Can’t go wrong eating at this place if your looking for a great hot or cold
