If I could put zero stars I would. Crew seems like a bunch of children goofing around all day. What kind of manager encourages and participates in this level of gross unprofessionalism! Every single crew person and manager who waited on me was rude. What ever happened to genuine customer service ?

Young lady working the drive thru this evening does not like her job and it shows, had to tell this young lady three different times that we wanted two grilled chicken house salads got to the window had to tell her our order once again we paid than she had us go pull up and park, after waiting 10 minutes our order comes out we get it home and guess what it’s wrong.

Stopped tonight and the place was dead. Two cars in front of me in the drive thru but sat for almost 10 minutes just to order and then waited another 15 minutes to have our food brought out to us. We ordered $48 worth of sandwiches and sides. They forgot all of our sauces and our cheddar bites. My husband went back inside while my kids and I started eating. My daughter immediately noticed her chicken sandwich was raw in the middle. I bit into mine and it was even more raw. My husband got back and ripped his sandwich in half—and it was also raw. I’m guessing our 4th sandwich was raw but my son ate it so fast we didn’t have time to confirm. Hopefully he doesn’t get sick!!!! I stormed inside and demanded a refund for the 3 raw sandwiches and showed them to manager, who said that’s just how their sandwiches look. RUN! Find a Chick Fil A, KFC or Popeyes. Maybe their employees can recognize raw chicken from cooked.

I had a Zacksnack and it was grate. I love the nuclear sauce on everything.
I really liked the little nibblers. The chicken was tasty and the bread was good, too. I recommend getting additional Zaxby’s sauce for them because only a small amount was on each nibbler.My husband got boneless wings which he thought were good but salty. The fries were very salty, I don’t recommend them.
