Young lady at drive thru wasn’t paying attention taking my order, laughing and giggling with co workers while I was giving my order and had a nasty look towards me. Fries weren’t done and half cooked. There was a fight between co workers in the parking lot and were holding up the line during 5 o clock dinner rush!

Every morning I come to this location for a Caramel Frappe before work. This morning when I get to the window I pay for item and there is a woman (who I believe to be the manager) was sneezing without covering her mouth. I mean just all out in the open in the kitchen full blown sneezing. I asked the gentleman at the window if she made my drink and he informs me that she did. I told him I didn’t want that drink and asked if he could make it over or refund it. I was told no (at this time, within 45 seconds) she has sneezed 6 more times. The young man stated “you really think we would be that ornery to allow someone to work while sick, that’s her first time sneezing today”. At this point I’m tired of the back and forth and decide to leave. Not realizing I didn’t even get a receipt for this $5.00 frappe. So, now I’m not only out of $5.00 but went to a different location and spent less for the same thing.

Food was cooked well and salted lightly so probably would've preferred a bit more salt. But we had a mobile order and it was ready and hot by the time we ate.
If I could give zero stars I would. I was ordering breakfast for lunch there and the black lady who looked like she’s still in high school working at the cash register was disgusted at my order. Makes me feel very insecure about what I order and will never coming back at this location ever again. Better off ordering it elsewhere.P.s. Her response was “EUGH” when I order one thing.

Ordered sausage very well done they gave us cold sausage however they through in hash Browns for free they were the only thing hot , guess that was to make up for sausage cold and biscuits
