My trip to Culver's was not fantastic. I originally went for their tasty frozen custard, which was decent. I also got a burger meal with subbed cheese curds. The burger was overcooked, dry, and not seasoned well. The cheese curds were great. Another major blow would be the price, for two people it was $40. 2 meals, subbed curds, and two small custard desserts. Maybe I'm just spoiled from Freddy's, but I was not pleased with my experience today and certainly wasn't worth the hefty price tag. We frequent jaymar, a local Japanese restaurant, for less than what it cost to eat sub par food at Culver's.
There isn't enough space for people to park when they are passed through the drive thru. There were 10-12 cars waiting on food. They give you a number and then bring your stuff out. By the time we got a milkshake and a sundae, that's all we ordered, they were melted. Why because they couldn't find us in the parking lot. I went inside to get our order after waiting about 15 min. The lady who didn't speak much English, just handed it over with no sorry or inconvenience apology. Customer service definitely wasn't taught. I have no desire to go back.....

Customer service wasn't that great. The girl stated that she did put the correct stuff in the bag because "I packed it myself so it's definitely in there" when it in fact it definitely wasn't in the bag. The only good thing was the ice cream which I was charged for instead of them using the free scoop ticket on the kids meal like they was told to do. I'm done with the horrible service at this location!

My husband and I just stopped in Culver's for a late lunch/early dinner. We eat here quite often in our town so thought we'd give it a try in Simpsonville. I'm only giving one star because I have to, walking into the door the first thing I was welcomed with was the manager SCREAMING at the Hispanics as they were walking through the door to clock in for their shift, then proceeds to tell another Hispanic male that he needs to translate what she said to make sure they understood, completely rude and disrespectful to the employees. Moments later a couple of teenage girls walked through the door to clock in for their shift and she welcomes them with a quiet voice and asks them how they are doing? Beyond unprofessional! That was only the beginning! We got our food, a grilled chicken sandwich that was bland and flavor less and a crispy chicken sandwich that was so hard my teeth bled when I bit into it. I will never return to this Culver's and hope the owner knows what kind of people he has in management positions!
