This place wanted me to pay almost $2 for a CUP of TAP water. Not bottled water. Charging that much money for a freaking cup of tap water for paying customers is predatory and gross. I will absolutely never come back here, this is a business I don't feel good about supporting.

Went to pick up a custom picture cake, placed the order days in advance. The lady behind the counter told me they tried to call me several times, I had no missed calls or voicemails. Had to pick a cake they had in the freezer.

they are ALWAYS out of one thing or another and most of the staff is rude. i love chocolate malts and they have the best but the last 4 times i been there, they are out of malt or chocolate ice cream or the machine is down. how can a ice cream place be out of chocolate ice cream?

The Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream was delicious. The lady who served me was very courteous and friendly. The cost was a little pricey but acceptable.
