We are very disappointed in our service tonight! We were told the wait was 5-10 minutes then a couple was immediately seated after us. Then we were seated at the same time as another couple. All 3 of us were in different areas, but both the other couples had drinks and were ordering, and we had not seen a server yet. We chose to leave.Usually the service and food are great. Not today

We decided to drive an hour away to come to chilis and eat with our family. We like coming there because we always receive good service and food. Our family doesn’t get a lot of time to see each other in one place often so when we have time we like to enjoy the experience. Our waitress was hard to find at times and was always running off before we could tell her what we needed. She was coming off rude telling our whole table how her pay comes off tips and how she worked all day. Like most of everyone works 5 days a week and in their free time they don’t like to sit and listen to someone trying to make us feel bad so we would leave a big tip. Our whole table probably spend around $150 which keep in mind that’s a-lot of money for food. When we was leaving she came back and shoved her tip back at my brother and said if you’re so broke you can’t afford a tip then don’t come back. I DO NOT appreciate that type of attitude that she was giving to my family and especially when we don’t get to see each barely as is. We gave her lots of respect and cleaned the table for her before we left. She had tattoos down her arms and very very short hair. I didn’t catch her name but I wish I did. Everyone has bills to pay for and some has kids to provide for. I tip mostly on service and she didn’t deserve a tip at ALL!! We are NOT OBLIGATED to leave a tip after we bought $150 dollars worth of food. Definitely never experience this kind of behavior before and definitely never want this to happen again. Do better!!

I do not recommend using their takeout, nor pre-paying for a tip there. Sat in my car waiting after notifying them I was there for over 10 minutes got out of my vehicle and went in. My food. Was sitting there waiting and was cold.

I'm at chilis alot and have also had my 3 year old in a high chair in front of the table, and was made aware at my trip today that I was not able to sit her in front of the table and that it has always been this way, I have never encountered this before and was treated very poorly and unprofessionally and will not be returning to this chilis location.

What amazing teamwork! Went on Tuesday about 315pm 3 of us got the $10 special, all the same. Loaded potato soup on a rainy day, yummy. Double cheeseburgers fresh and perfect.Lori was our server, pleasant, informative and smiles.See y'all next time ?
Today my family went out and my mother ordered a 3 for me with A salad as the appetizer And a burger and fries for her meal. Should be simple, but while everyone else’s appetizers came out, hers never did and when she got her meal she had a burger with a salad. She told them that she was supposed to have fries and they did not resolve the issue. She waited and waited and waited the whole entire time for her French fries for her meal, and never did get them And when the server ask, how was her meal? She said well I was missing half my meal and they still made her pay for the whole entire meal. This was the worst experience she has ever had it chili, and she probably will not be back.

Went to Chili's Grill & Bar in Somerset, KY Thursday night to try it out and the atmosphere was great and was met with a friendly hello and smile. The service was amazing and our waitress was top notch and very friendly. I ordered a medium rare streak, mashed potatoes and broccoli and when the food came it looked good. The streak was how I asked it to be cooked but the cut of meat had 1/3 of it was fat and not in a good way. The potatoes and broccoli didn't have any taste to them. Overall the food was very bland and if it wasn't for our waitress the whole time there would have sucked. I honestly don't see myself going back to eat unless I'm going to get a drink at the bar. I do not recommend this place but if you do go then then I know your enjoy the atmosphere and service but that is all.Parking: Good size parking lot.

The place to have a great hamburger! So large I couldn’t eat it all. The next time I order it I will ask for it to be cooked well done. I wasn’t asked how I would like it cooked. So it was pink in the middle. The waitress was new. So it wasn’t the best ever service. I had to get up from my table to go ask for a-1. Hopefully better service next time I visit. Great Atmosphere. Enjoyed the 80’s music. Wife enjoyed her steak?. We will have to come back for dinner again soon.Parking: The place can get busy at times. But there are plenty more places to park in the rear.Kid-friendliness: Family’s and kids welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.

Went in on 1/27/2024. 1st pair through the door. Upon entry, the rugs were filthy at the entrance. Asked to be seated at the booth near the bathroom. On our way to our seat, there was food, debris and dirt on the floors and under the tables. The booth we sat at had ripped seaing with the stuffing protruding. Our waitress was awesome and we placed our order. We both went to the restroom and upon entering, I noticed the whole place was disgusting. Urinal had urine and pubic hair on top of it. The metal stall walls were covered in filth and what appeared to be feces. The Kickplate on the exit door was filthy and covered in who knows what. The stall door was disgusting. They need a visit from the heath department because if they don't care what customers do see, imagine how bad it is in the back where you can't see! Wouldn't be a bit surprised to hear of an outbreak of something originating from this restaurant. Needs shut down until further notice and deep cleaned. Yuck!Edit; To the owners response, I've already reached out to corporate. You should be hearing from them shortly. May contract the health department because that place is filthy.
