I have seen this chain many times but never stopped. I've heard all the rave reviews. We decided to go yesterday and I cannot believe that I have missed so many years of awesome food by not going sooner. Great menu, great atmosphere and fantastic food. Make sure you're really hungry when you go because the portions are enormous.I would give this more than five stars if I was able.

I'm sorry but I love their pancakes. Try to get them every chance I get.
Fast seating but they seated us where the fans were directly above us and they about froze us! We did tell a mgr and she said she would turn the fans down but it didn’t happen! It was in the low 50’s outside and then to come in and be so cold wasn’t pleasant.Parking: They do need more Veteran parking but at least they have 2 spaces for veterans!Wheelchair accessibility: It does have wheelchair access!

As always everything was very good on this visit at my home town Cracker Barrel in Somerset Kentucky! My Wife and I eat at other restaurants from time to time but we probably stop in Cracker Barrel more than all the other restaurants put together! food was tasty service was good. i still don't know why cracker barrel sells alcohol , i never see anyone buying or drinking it. i liked the restaurant better when it was more family oriented rather than just another watering hole.Kid-friendliness: cracker barrel used to be more kid friendly before they begin serving alcohol
Food was only warm. Chicken tenders was tough from being out to long. Hashbrown casserole was dry. My friend got combination plate and meatloaf was dried out. I hate to complain, but one of the worse experiences at this Cracker Barrel. Waiter was good and attentive. Absolutely love the Somerset Cracker Barrel. I haven’t had a bad experience yet when I eat there. I do get a lot of looks though (cause I’m not the typical crowd lol) but I do throughly enjoy myself. They also have a REAL good waitressing team! 10/10 everytime! ?

Somerset Cracker Barrel is an excellent store/restaurant. Food and Service is excellent. Staff is wonderful even if an issue arises will be quick to resolve.

LUCAS was our server on a Monday, 6pm. He was outstanding! Give him a well deserved raise.I had the meatloaf dinner, green beans and cheesy Mac n cheese. Everything perfect. Biscuits yummy, everyone pleasant.
