Went thru drive thru spent 45 dollars on 3 meal's and 1 order of fries, didn't get my shredded cheese for my spaghetti meals, my chilli dog had onions on it and I ordered without, and I didn't get my fry's, also didn't get my receipt. So went inside to explain what I didn't get the same lady that served me at the window pretty much told me I was lying and said that she gave me receipt and cheese so I went out to my car to make sure. Long story short my husband went back inside and he was helped by a different lady which was much nicer and gave us what we needed. The lady that works drive thru is very rude and needs to learn how to respect a paying customer that just wanted what I paid for. Will not go back to this gold star location.

Visited Gold Star in Somerset . I had my usual 3-Way with some Bacon Ranch fries. My husband had the Super 5-Way. Everything was what you expected it to be! Tasty!

We need one in Springfield Kentucky one of my favorites.
Went through the drive thru and for $30.06 we got a super 5 way, a regular three way and 2 strawberry shakes. The shakes were like milk with a little strawberry flavor and the spaghetti had not been salted at all when cooked. Food is normally good from here but very disappointed this visit.

2-4-24 this place was absolutely packed with customers when we stop to eat there however the service was perfect we never had to wait on anything or waitress was prompted on time she actually had to wait on us but she was very courteous or food was very good actually it was fantastic we didn't have to wait on it I mean it was just great definitely would recommend this place again definitely will be going again

I'm a first-timer for Gold Star. We have the other well-known Cincinnati-style chili chain in my city, so thought I'd try GS. Parking is limited. Very clean. Real friendly folks. The autumn, Tue lunch hour was pretty busy, but was seated quickly and order taken in just a few minutes. Everything was hot and delicious. So glad I dropped in.
