First of all, they were short staffed but the food was not good, the steak I got was not med well, it was well. The seasoning on the food is not very good. All 3 family members did not like the entree they got, will never go back. Texas Roadhouse all day long!

Quick stop for lunch today and we had a great experience! Keenan was our waiter and was very pleasant and helpful! We enjoyed a great sirloin steak, baked potatoes, and Ceasar salad. Endless ice tea and yummy warm bread! Thank you Somerset Longhorn❤️

This is the first time I have ever felt like I was being rushed at an empty restaurant. The server brought a to go box right after bringing our food to the table. It wasn’t asked for. The house-made ranch dressing was bad. The steak was definitely an aged steak; not fresh. I would not recommend. My first and last experience with Longhorn.

Tried the new Restaurant here in somerset it was a let down we ordered the renegade sirloin and shrimp with a chopped salad and sweet potato. The steak was border line raw and way to salty the shrimp had good seasoning but was cooked to long.and the chopped was nothing but lettuce with a few other vegetables. This was our first and lat trip there. And the prices are expensive.

I called in at 1 and requested to reserve a table at 6. The manager said he was unable, but if I’d call back at 5, he’d be happy to hold a table till 6. I called back at 5 and same manager said he was unable to do that, but there was no wait and we could walk right in. I arrived at 5:15 just to be safe and get table for retirement party. Needless to say we had to wait 45 minutes for table once arrived.I’d rather a manager be completely honest, than to be lied too.We never use them again for an important event.

My family decided to take a drive to Longhorn steak house about forty minute drive when we arrived we waited only 10 minutes to sit down on a Saturday night we thought we hit the jackpot ! Boy were we wrong !! We sat down and the server came after a few minutes took our drink order and appetizer order , a food expediter brought out the bread and appetizer it looked delicious Unfortunately we had no silverware to use so I asked her if we can get some and she said yes but then never returned . I asked the server once he brought our drinks he says yes and again never returned . I went to the front after waiting for a few minutes I have a handicap child and is losing his patience waiting . The host said she would get some and then she didn’t come back the manager was standing there so I asked her if she can get some silverware , she was very aggressive and says she knows of this issue and they are looking for silverware she stated the host had called off this evening and it’s been a terrible evening . She says that I can go sit down , I said I would wait since my bread and appetizer was getting cold . She grabbed her little clip board and walked off like she was on a mission I thought surely she is going to get silverware . No she just took a tour of the dining room like there wasn’t a care in the world . I stood at the hostess desk ppl were waiting to check in ppl were standing around looking for hostess to sit them . My family moved here from Indiana and we have a great longhorn there and they have a great manager Michelle that cares about her restaurant !! Scherillville Indiana , We finally just got up and left never getting silverware. What a disappointment this trip was but there are so many restaurants around there that we found a great one to have a great dinner . This manager really needs to get a job on an assembly line where she dosnt need to have good customer service !! She definitely didnt care about my family . I guess this is the reason the wait was only 10 minutes on a Saturday evening .
