Wings aren’t actually tossed in sauce, you have to scrape the sauce out of the bottom of the bowl and put it on yourself.. cashiers very rude, had to finish vacuuming before even greeting me. Some people shouldn’t be in customer service. Pizza has a taste of sweetness, like it’s been cooked on a dirty dessert pan.

Just got a pizza there tonight, and I must say it's the best I've gotten from there in a long time. Was great, and service girl was wonderful.

Yet another bad experience with this specific Pizza Hut. Order was over 40 minutes late this time and pizza was cold and tough when delivered. This is after my last order from the same place was well over an hour late and we decided to give them another chance. A few months ago we had a similar issue with an order being about 30 minutes late, so pretty much it's the old 3 strikes you're out deal here. Done with them permanently. Terrible service 3 times leaves zero excuse, just avoid the north Pizza Hut in Somerset at all costs as the South one does just fine, as does all of the competition in town (Papa Johns, Donato's, Domino's, etc).
