Normally this is a great meal. I ordered a 9 piece wings, red beans and rice and drink. What I got was 6 piece with fries and drink. ? $9, of course, I was too far away to go back and complain.

Went through Drive thru tonight and after I pulled off, something told me to "check that bag". Sure enough, shorted me my fries. I had already had to wait through a long line but I went back in drive thru line. After telling them they left out the fry they could have brought it out to me to keep me from having to wait through the three cars in front of me. Then when I get to the window - a big guy said "where are all the people coming from". That's when i saw the other guy haphazzardly throw fries into a small fry bag and half of them didn't even go into the bag. He hands it to me and they didn't even make the extra wait of 15 minutes up to me! I was ticked off. It was their fault and they have not been trained to make it up to the customer. I should have been done better than that. Its utter garbage that these businesses want our money but they don't wanna give you quality food and service for it. It's not the first time Somerset Popeyes has let me down. Is this why it went out of business the first time? DO BETTER

Kind of dirty, staff was a bit overwhelmed and a woman kept yelling in the back complaining. Was only 3 customers. Front end lady was doing everything while others complained. Hope she gets help soon.
