Great food, great service. It's one of my favorite steak houses...
And lo, a man named Dalton did come forth, a bouncer with a heart as hard as the tables he danced upon. And he did journey to a place called the Roadhouse, a den of sin and debauchery where the drinks flowed like water and the men fought like demons.In that place, he did find a band of miscreants led by a man named Brad Wesley, a tyrant who ruled with an iron fist and a wicked grin. And Dalton did take up arms against him, wielding his fists like thunder and his wits like lightning.And in the end, Dalton did emerge victorious, vanquishing the evil that had plagued the Roadhouse and restoring peace to the land. And the people did rejoice, for they knew that they had witnessed a true warrior in action.So let it be written, so let it be done. The legend of Dalton shall live on forever in the hearts of those who witnessed his mighty deeds. Amen.

Had a great time here last night! Me and the boys were going to prom and we decided to drive by Texas Roadhouse to grab a bite to eat before the event started. I can gladly say that the Dallas fillet I got was amazing and was cooked to my exact specifications. And to top it off the staff were complimenting us on our tuxedos. Definitely will come back again ?

We ordered med/well 20 Oz ribeyes. When they came out,the waitress must of seen my face because she immediately asked if everything was OK. For which I said,"I'm not sure yet." Our steaks were burnt,but we were tired and found them to be edible. Also,they seemed closer to a 14oz steak,not 20 as we ordered. We asked for a to go box and mentioned we've never seen a steak so charred, she agreed. She was a great and attentive waitress.
This is one of those places that your meal and experience is predetermined by who is working the day you go in. Some days the food is absolutely amazing, other days it's not worth the tip you leave for the waitress, let alone what you pay for the meal. I'll never be one of those people that sends my food back because of a certain movie I saw when I was young has traumatized me. That being said, I've left this place without eating my food a few times while other times I ate so much I almost thought I was going to explode. When I find a pattern to the "amazing food days" , I will update. Until then, just cross your fingers when you go.
