I live the Zensation salad BUT...they need to do away with the egg rolls. They are small and have about 1/2 tsp of filling.

They were not busy inside. Drive through was stacked. We were eating inside anyway so… didn’t expect to be ignored though. Waited literally 15 min for the chick to stop breaking down the tea station at 7:30 pm to come and take our order. Should have just walked out. Was getting ready to when she asked if we were eating in or it was Togo. Never was acknowledged- there was no “be right with you” instead there was slamming of lids and tea cans while one chick kept taking drive thru orders. Food came fast and was hot and decent but forget about trying to get ketchup or any other sauce or a fork. Customer service is non-existent. And if you wanted sweet tea- at 8:15 it is gone for the night. Has to be the worst customer service I have had in a long time. It’s like they just don’t care.

I really like Zaxby's chicken sandwiches. They are very big and tasty. Their waffle fries are something different. That is also very delicious. I think it is a good change up from KFC. The service is fast and efficient. it costs a little more but it's a lot better than the rest.

If your ordering door dash from this place and your food comes cold it's not your dasher fault it is the store. Was in there the other day and watched an dash order sit on the counter for 20 minutes getting cold. Want free food just ask a worker they will seek it out the back door. Called to tell a Manger about long wait times and they fact that employees where seeking food out, the back door, pointed out that a dash order sat on the counter so long with no dasher in sight and her response was to threaten me that she would have me thrown out ( i wasnt even there and she didnt even ask my name). Now with that being said I called to speak to the store manager Shannon and another manager answer the phone and advised she was the store manager8 and was just awful. Called corporate was suppose to receive a call back from franchises but that never happen. I would like to point out all this happen on a Friday September 1, around dinner time and they only had 1 customer in the building if they are wondering why . This is why. My family of 7 will not eat at the establishment to many chicken places in somerset to deal with that. I recommend you to go to KFC or Popeyes or even slim chickens .
