Food wasn't as good as it used to be. Very over done. Driver wasn't accommodating I had to pay using a large bill and his solution was to leave I had to call a manager because he was not even going to do that.

Ordered a pizza and boneless Bbq wings from here. Pizza is always greasy and the cheese just slides off. “Boneless wings” were chicken nuggets covered HALF WAY in barbecue sauce.

Bought a large pepperoni carryout order.Dough was undercooked in spots, and overall, it was VERY greasy.Ate two bites of one slice, and threw the rest in the trash.It'll be a cold day in h*ll before I order Papa John's again, at least from the Newport location.

DO NO TIP PRIOR TO DELIVERY!THEY DO NOT CARE IF THEY BRING THE PEPSI YOU PAID FOR AND THE DRIVER LAUGHED AND GAVE 3.00 BACK, NOT EVEN THE 3.19 WE PAY FOR IT.MANAGER DOESN'T CARE EITHER, PROVEN WHEN WE CALLED AND COMPLAINED.CHOOSE Another pizza place, you are bound to get better everything!
First time having Papa John's in YEARS. In the past, the crust was always chewy. Tried it because of the garlic stuffed crust. Pizza was HOT when I picked it up and still HOT when I got home. I'd say that's a plus. The pizza itself was just okay. Crust wasn't chewy, so at least it has improved on that. Location seemed clean. Was greeted promptly. Tried the jalapeno "poppers" - definite no. Also had the steak papadilla - again, no. Not the fault of the store.

I hate to complain about restaurants bc I was a server for many years and it's not an easy job... BUT... last night was the second time ordering delivery pizza that was awful from this take-out...A medium pizza with 5 toppings one being extra cheese and there was not extra cheese... hardly any cheese and no sauce at all...and the rest of the toppings were skimpy! The crust was 2inches from the edge before the toppings started and it really was so bland. This is the second pizza I've ordered in a row that tasted worse than frozen pizzas... I'm not ordering from here any more... I gave it 3 stars bc the delivery driver was super nice Ever Since Papa John left Papa Johns pizza has sucked sad bc it used to be my favorite
