I like their menu and the staff is always friendly, but they make their drinks too sweet for me. I usually ask them to go easy on the syrup and skip the whip cream. Once I figured that out, I've enjoyed all my coffee from there. I usually stop in twice a week and I continue to do so
My mom and I absolutely love this Biggby location. We have never had any problems and the staff is great! It's our favorite coffee shop, and let me tell you why.First, the iced coffees are not super acidic. Let me compare this to Starbucks for any Starbucks lovers: Starbucks messes my stomach up SO badly even if I ask for half cream in their smallest size. Place was clean, service was a little slow, and I liked my asiago bagel and hot matcha tea latte. I would rather the clerk hold his comments about not liking that kind of bagel until I leave the store.
