The best service I've had yet. Perfect business etiquette at practice. I love it and miss seeing it in the Public Service Business fields. Others seem to have become so concerned about the "bottom line being in the black." They have forgotten whom it is that brings the green to them to stay in the black.

Pizza was ready in time and was cooked perfectly. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I am sad that my dad had to wait over 30 minutes after he got to the store just get his pizza. There was a line out the door for a good 10 minutes. Not even to mention we called the store multiple times and kept getting transferred to stores in Ohio as they never answered the phones. Idk what’s wrong with the staff but hopefully this is something that can be fixed. In all seriousness this was a concerning visit

You guys have to stop giving grossly inaccurate pickup/wait times when an order is placed!!! A half hour is quite a difference. Also, our pizza was only partially cut, crust was broken, and toppings stopped an inch and a half from the edge. First world problems, I know. ?

The pizza hut in Union KY is the best. They caught a small mistake on my pizza and remade it and gave me a credit. I expected none of that. Made me feel like my business there is valued.

Stopped in around lunch time, food was super fresh. I watched an employee wash his hands 4 times while I was waiting, which wasn't but 5 to 10 minutes of a wait time. Extremely Clean
