I've eaten here five or six times on special occasions, once with a large group for a birthday party. I very highly recommend this location, especially for my personal favorite, the burrito mojado.

We enjoy dining there but have no luck ordering takeout. Every time we ordered something is missing. I called to place an order of Chicken rice soup ($8.75) and a taxes fijitas (17.99). Asked for no beans and sour cream but would like more gau. Went to pick up and the cashier told me the total was $36ish. I was like why is it so much? She printed out the receipt, she charged me $2.5 for extra gau and $2.99 for a coffee that I did not order and there wasn’t a coffee there with my order either. When I went home there wasn’t NO gua at all with my Fujitas. Tried to call them back a few times that night but the phone was disconnected.

The Chicken Fajita for 2 barely serves 1... I had the waitress confirm it was for 2 people and she said yes. You gave us 6 tortillas I promise you could only make 3.Lastly I'm not one to usually complain about extra alcohol but we got two margaritas and one of them had little to none and the other one had way too much liquor in it. I don't think I've ever got that wasted after 1 drink. My best guess is your bartender forgot which margarita he already put the alcohol into.

Valle Escondido’s, (Union KY) food and service is definitely fading. I have noticed on several visits that when my husband and I order the same entree that the ladies entree is much smaller than the man’s, more like the lunch size compared to the dinner size. It occurs more and more frequently.
As it did last night: my husband and I ordered the dinner burrito verde, It was very clear that the server hesitated as he handed the MUCH smaller serving to me compared to my husband’s jumbo size burrito with ample verde sauce and sour cream and mine looked like the lunch size with light verde sauce and a miniscule dollop of sour cream.
When pointing it out to the waitress Ana, she just shrugged her shoulders and called over Juan who said “it happens”.
Yes, it has been happening and now I’m saying something.

This is a place was pretty good! The food came out fresh, hot and pretty quickly considering how packed it was. The menu is pretty vast, so everyone was able to order exactly what they wanted.4/5 stars overall, would recommend.

Admittedly I didn’t stay long.BUT someone needs to make note of the fact that the prices posted on the google menu pictures are NOT ACCURATE to in store!Everything on the menu is actually (roughly) 3-8 dollars more expensive.Upon seeing this I paid for my drink, tipped the waitress, and left. I’m not usually one to do this but this is blatantly lying to trick ppl into coming in thinking they’re getting cheaper food.

It was the most terrible experience ever!Not only did we get forgotten But two other tables got their food before our order was even TAKEN! To make matters worse, our waitress rolled her eyes at us, like it was our fault, Then, when we got our food, our entire order was wrong!If you’re going to have waiters and waitress, you need to make sure that they can understand English! I will not be returning, and I will be telling everyone how terrible this restaurant is!

The food was average, and the mixed drinks were fun and over the top visually. Second star is entirely for the free chips and salsa, which were tasty. Other food didn't have super high quality ingredients and the drinks were weak. I couldn't tell if my margarita was alcoholic or not. My boyfriend didn't want to finish his mojito. The pina colada was particularly awful. Their house rum legitimately tasted like lighter fluid. We had to share our waiter with a big group of maybe 30+ people, and we felt ignored and forgotten at points. They got their drinks before us and we ordered first. Another waitress actually walked by and asked if anyone had seen us yet because she overheard us complaining about the wait. Server: Rolando per checkKid-friendliness: The dining room was full of kids free roaming. If that's the sort of atmosphere you want, that's the sort of atmosphere you're getting.

I ordered $40 worth of food and it was all inedible. The steak fajitas was so tough I could not even chew it. The quesadillas cheese was runny and watery. Did not get tortillas even though I ordered flour ones. I threw everything in the garbage and won’t ever go
