Been twice, the first time was better, This time the service was lacking. Not sure what was going on but our server either lacked experience or something was going on. She didn't seem focused, did not bring requested items, "oh, sorry I forgot" when she didn't bring a requested condiment, "do you want it now?". This after she checked in on us 30 minutes later and we had already eaten our food. This also happened to others around us. If there was a manager on site, it was not apparent. A family member ate there later the same day, had the same server and received the same lackluster service. The server spent more time hanging out at the bar than checking on her customers. We were there on 1/12/24.

3 of us went to this place for the our very first time. Atmosphere was good and the waitress was great! We tried the New Smashburger advertised on their board as we entered. It was not a Smashburger at all. It was overcooked and dry. It was more like a frozen pattie that you would get in a grocery store. Haven’t tried anything else here to judge the food overall. Just skip the Smashburger , it’s horrible. I may go back but it’ll be awhile!

I recently ate at a new Cluckers restaurant. By the name you could conclude that they focus on chicken here, wings and strips. It has a sports bar feel with a family area and a large bar section. There were TV screens with various sports on throughout the place. They specialize in serving their chicken entrees in all kinds of flavours and degrees of heat. They also serve craft beer and offer daily specials. My sister and I split the 6 piece strips. I got mine plain and she got hers hot with sassy garlic. We opted for onion rings over the fries. Our server was friendly, attentive and explained all the flavor options to us. Our food arrived quickly and the strips were so large we ended up taking home the last two. The onion rings were okay, I prefer thinner crispier rings but my sister liked them a lot. The seasoning on her strips was more like a rub than a sauce. I tried a bite but they were too spicy for me. She loved the flavor. Even though mine were considered plain, they were light, crispy and had a nice country fried chicken taste. There are a lot more options to try on the menu so I'm sure we will go back. There are lots of burgers listed as well as a variety of non chicken entrées. The price was about $12 plus our drinks which is a pretty good value for the size of the strips we got. The restaurant was clean and they were playing oldie music which we both enjoyed. They are located in a strip mall with the family dollar and dollar tree with plenty of parking available.

Normally, we eat in at Cluckers. However, their service is so slow that, we've taken to ordering before leaving our house (a 20 minute drive) to assure that we don't have a 45 minute or longer wait for our food. Tonight, my husband picked up our meal on the way home from work. I ordered the bacon, barbecue burger and my husband got tenders. My sandwich was so bad, I had to toss it. The meat was burnt to a crisp and there was no barbecue sauce or cheese on it. I told my husband we're done. I hope they make it but I don't hold out much hope.
Great food, fun atmosphere! They use locally sourced meats from Ky Proud suppliers and everything is fresh. Happy to support Clucker's knowing they support local farmers in the area.

Cluck cluck cluck cluck CLUCKERS! (I made that up lol) Don't be deceived by its frontage. Yes it's beside a discount store, but this is a really neat dig. I swear there must be 15 TVs with sports playing on every single one. Neat family friendly sports bar, with daily specials.This place is newer, and the inside is industrial I love it.A must-have is their loaded tots also this time I tried their smashburger oh my goodness The crusty edges made my day.Parking: Very open parking
