There is always something wrong with our order the past two times we ordered the cinnamon Pull-A-Part desert and it was hard as a rock nobody ate it!! When you call Papa John's they never answer the phone it always goes to the call center!! We will not be eating Papa John's until they're under New Management and new employees!! The food is DISGUSTING!! ? ?

I recently ordered from Papa John's in Versailles, KY, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. On 1/1/24, our order, including pizza, wings, and cheese sticks, was missing the extra marinara sauce we paid an additional $1.18 for. I contacted Dustin, who was initially helpful, assuring us a $10 discount on our next order.However, when I called to place an order on 1/06/24 and Dustin was off, the store manager, Josh, refused to honor the promised $10 discount. Despite the inconvenience caused by their $1.18 mistake, I encountered unhelpful and inconsistent customer service from Josh. It's disappointing when a simple request for missing sauce turns into a hassle and highlights the need for improved customer service consistency at this location.

There was a long hair not on the pizza but BAKED into the crust of the pizza. Looks like I'm going back to Domino's. I like my pizza without hair.

Door Dash is ruining your business. I got my food and all the boxes was crushed. Dasher pulled up with a car load of people and didn't have change. Called the store and the only thing the manager wanted to do was give me credit for next time. I wanted my food replaced.

My experience was terrible when I came to Papa Johns.When I came and got the pizza the garlic exploded in my car and on top it off it was doughy.The people inside were very rude and when it was taken back in they said that is something that happens when it is hot and the pizza wasn’t even done so how was it hot and I have gotten Papa Johns many times before this and this never happened to me before.The place looks closed because almost all the lights are off and the door is broken so you have to be very easy opening it.

On a UK basketball game night you have one delivery driver? Pizza was cancelled after an hour of not showing and Door Dash still delivers after 1.5 hrs later. Where is the dash? As I figured, the pizza was cold and it's now in the garbage. No more Papa Johns..Too many times this has happened..

When a mistake occurs, they always work to rectify it. Good cheese sticks, polite and friendly delivery folks. The few times I've done a pick-up order, the interior of the restaurant was bright and clean. Give them a try.
