I really like this gelato so my rating is purely based on service and not product. This is my 3rd or 4th experience where there’s simply never enough help behind the counter. Poor guy was completely overwhelmed — on a weekend and it was Mother’s Day! The walk up window situation is a mess, too, because we were in line inside before people that walked up but got served AFTER the line at the window. Just super frustrating. So, it’s good gelato but don’t be in a hurry to get it.

One of the busiest nights in Versailles, the Thriller parade, and the owners staffed one person. I’ve never seen such an efficient, organized and dedicated teen in my life as Allison. The owners should be ashamed by doing an employee this way.

Low inventory but the staff was very sweet (pun intended). Tried to order lemon gelato but it wasn't set well and a gloopy mess according to the staff. He tried to scoop it into a cup but it was in fact a mess. Why they had it in the case to sell, I do not know. Gelato I did get was not light and fluffy. Tasted like ice cream.No cookies available. Sorry to say, I am disappointed.Very cute atmosphere though.

My family LOVES Spotz Gelato! My kids have tried most of the flavors but have their favorites (Cookies & Cream and Mango Sorbet). Service is always friendly and courteous. They keep adding new flavors every month while remaining a Kentucky Proud vendor and using Kentucky products. It's amazing! You won't regret your visit to Spotz!

Very good gelato. Never realized how fast it melts in this heat though. The place is very small and we got over-run with a group of 10 or so that did not care about personal space. Tasted great but turned to a mess once outside. Suggest going on times where they are not busy.

i finally came here for a visit and it was so cute inside! of course it’s going to be a little pricier but it’s only because they use local ingredients (you get what you pay for). the gelato was pretty dang good! i love supporting local so i’ll be back again someday. :)
